The M. Preymesser GmbH (further referred to as „Preymesser“) wants to thank you for visiting our website and your interest in our company as our products. The protection of your personal data at object time is very important to us and we want you to feel safe while visiting our website. Hereafter we are explaining what information we will gather while your visit on our website and how they will be used.

These include for example information from your social networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google and other service providers.

When you visit our website, the web servers of our page automatically save the following information for standard safety measures temporarily: our web pages you visit, date and duration of your stay, the identification data of the used browser and operating system such as the website from which you are visiting ours. Furthermore personal based data such as your name, address, phone number or e-mail address will not be registered unless you provide this information to us voluntarily, e.g. within the framework of a registration, a survey or you request information.

Accordingly, your data will be stored in secured organizational settings that are not open to public access. If you want to communicate with us via e-mail, we must advise you that the confidentiality of the transmitted information cannot be guaranteed. The content can be seen by third parties. For this reason, we recommend that any confidential information is sent to us by regular mail only.

We use cookies in order to improve the quality of the structure and content of our internet sites and in order to allow users to navigate their way around as smoothly as possible. Limited to the period of time of your visit we use so called session cookies. They are used to record what contents you are viewing, while you keep on surfing and also increase your safety while surfing. Those transitory cookies will be deleted by leaving our website or by being inactive for a while. Cookies cannot cause any damage on your computer. By sending us your application you indicate your acceptance that Preymesser may save and process your data for the purpose of the application, staffing and recruitment to which your application is referring. Your data of your application will be treated strictly confidential in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.

Your personal data will be stored and processed under the German protection laws, especially the federal data protection act (BDSG). We will gather, save, process and use your personal data only for the purpose of handling the application and the staffing process. Your online application will be processed as quickly as possible by the corresponding staff members. In the next step, your application will be sent to all Preymesser staff responsible for the selection procedure for a position corresponding to your qualifications and examined by them.

Our group of companies takes security precautions in order to protect your data stored by us within the scope of earmarking against manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons or unauthorized disclosure. These safety precautions are consistently reviewed and revised in the light of technical developments. You can withdraw your application at any time. After completion of the application procedure or if you have withdrawn your application, we will block your data in accordance with the legal regulations, currently after two months, and delete it after 6 months.

Please contact us at any time if you would like to know which personal data we store about you or if you wish to have it corrected or deleted. Furthermore, you have the right to limit the processing (Art. 18 DSGVO), the right to object to the processing (Art. 21 DSGVO) and the right to data transfer (Art, 20 DSGVO).
